Presentation Design Specialist

Role Summary:

As a Presentation Design Specialist, you will work closely with New Business, Creative, Studio, Production, and Account teams to create, edit, and design decks and presentations for pitches, client presentations, and internal presentations in a highly collaborative environment where you will need to balance client goals with Internal needs.

Success for this position is measured by strategic thinking, collaborative spirit, and design skills.

Relevant Experience:

  • Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Have a clear understanding of design standards (layout, color, and typography).
  • Differentiate between leave-behind and regular presentations.
  • Organize, prioritize, and plan your workload with support from Resource Management.
  • Understand timelines and deliver on time.
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Fully understand the various types of presentations ranging from: New Business, Internal, conceptual work, client etc.
  • Identify all relevant stakeholders and gather all necessary information needed for the presentation.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing and resolving problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Using Keynote, PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, you will create a range of presentations for various types of business and clients. (New Business, Concept, Internal, Existing Client, etc.)
  • Work closely with team to maintain creative direction, brand adherence and consistency of material produced
  • Be able to and prepared to work under tight deadlines.
  • Be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the visual design and copy is communicating the desired message.
  • Accurate interpretation of specifications for print and interactive, and proactively seek answers where information is unclear.
  • Responsible for accurate and prompt time tracking and file management.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and/or on weekends with little or short notice.
  • Understand, collaborate, and expand the network with Account Management, Project Management, Creative, Resource Management, and New Business.
  • Be able to fully understand the business objectives of each task and have the ability to improve, refine, and execute those business objectives.
  • Act as an Entrepreneur. Seek out to improve the process, the work, and the overall collaborative opportunities.
