Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you work closely with the Director of Business Development to support the new business life cycle. In addition, you will ensure the efficacy of Saatchi LA/Dallas’ marketing message through its various channels.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Ownership of Marketing

  • Participate in the creation of all agency marketing materials, including credentials template and reels updates and placement
  • Ownership of SaatchiLA website, including frequent refreshes, content management system and functionality
  • Manage case studies, including implementation of process for new case studies for future work
  • Management of Saatchi Brand Library for greater-Agency use, including new templates and forms as needed
  • Responsible for communicating agency positioning within marketing materials
  • Implement and maintain SEO/SEM marketing for Agency website
  • Manage business development resource tools/partnerships, including Agency profile listings (i.e., The List, Access Confidential, Pearlfinders, etc.)
  • Conduct business development lead qualification based on Director of Business Development’s vetting process

Support of Business Development

  • Pitch support: Opportunity brief writing, pitch research, pitch material development, pitch scoping, presentation structure and staff scoping for win.
  • Manage/field inbound new business opportunities (and help cultivate more legitimate inbound inquiries)
  • Support Director of New Business in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients
  • Develop staff plans as needed for pitch responses
  • Manage department budget
  • Scope and track pitch budget for integrated team
  • Support Director of New Business in outreach to prospective target list


  • 6 years of agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
