Title: Budget Coordinator
Reports to: Budget Manager

As a Budget Coordinator, you will work closely with the Budget Manager as well as communicating with the entire staff. You will serve as the primary contact for time sheet approval and time entry training for new employees. This position will generate labor reports and assist with various client budget related needs.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to thoroughly review and approve time entry for the entire agency in a timely manner. Additionally, it will be critical for this position to be able to analyze labor data in detail based on specific requirements.
An ideal candidate will have an understanding of basic financial and accounting principles, coupled with advanced Excel skills.
