As an Event Research & Analytics Supervisor on the Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing team, you need to have a passion for partnerships and a keen eye for being able to identify potential opportunities for our client team. This position works closely with a team of creative professionals and strategic thinkers who develop experiential marketing programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our sponsorship management system, the internal team, and also our client team. Your understanding of this system will enable you to make recommendations for quarterly optimizations, streamlined processes, and you’ll maintain detailed records pertaining to communication with system users.
In addition, you will assist the team by understanding which sponsorships are in the vetting process, know which sponsorship opportunities have been closed, and you’ll be a key part of the team when it comes to interfacing with the client on a weekly basis regarding system traffic and submissions.
In this role you will also help coordinate and manage relationships with data capture and event research partners, as well as taking point on compiling and analyzing key metrics, industry trends and reporting.
