Event Research & Analytics Supervisor, Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing

As an Event Research & Analytics Supervisor on the Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing team, you need to have a passion for partnerships and a keen eye for being able to identify potential opportunities for our client team. This position works closely with a team of creative professionals and strategic thinkers who develop experiential marketing programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our sponsorship management system, the internal team, and also our client team. Your understanding of this system will enable you to make recommendations for quarterly optimizations, streamlined processes, and you’ll maintain detailed records pertaining to communication with system users.

In addition, you will assist the team by understanding which sponsorships are in the vetting process, know which sponsorship opportunities have been closed, and you’ll be a key part of the team when it comes to interfacing with the client on a weekly basis regarding system traffic and submissions.

In this role you will also help coordinate and manage relationships with data capture and event research partners, as well as taking point on compiling and analyzing key metrics, industry trends and reporting.

Candidate experience must include:

  • A proven level of comfort interfacing professionally and effectively with clients on a daily basis
  • A thorough understanding of event and/or project management and how to communicate effectively
  • Exemplary attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written/verbal)
  • Demonstrated passion for creating new processes and solutions
  • Cross functional familiarity with media and agency teams extremely helpful

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in Dallas and LA, acting as a key liaison for sponsorship opportunities
  • Keeping client/brand objectives top of mind and ability to strategically provide rationale for/against sponsorship opportunities
  • Interfacing with multiple internal Saatchi teams, developing and maintaining relationships internally to optimize processes
  • Working closely with the Budget, Analytics and Process Supervisor to provide a timely heads up regarding any tracking needs for new partnerships (establishing baselines, aggregating data and tracking metrics over time)
  • Seeking new opportunities and identifying efficiencies that will have a positive impact on the client’s business
  • Maintaining status and/or reporting documents
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 7+ years of experience working within the sponsorship/event industry, project management or ad agency
  • Experience in tracking results and analytics as well as reporting on those elements
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to address task at hand in an ever changing environment
  • Effective problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, handle large volume tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • College degree required
