Integrated Media Planner

As a Media Planner, you will work closely with the Consumer Communications Department in developing and implementing integrated media plans with a focus on print and digital for major national publications. 


Role Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning, development, and implementation of media plans 
  • Write and present media POVs to agency and clients
  • Carry out buying strategies and negotiate media to maximize investment
  • Implement and follow agency processes and reporting requirements 
  • Analyze data to optimize plans and mine actionable insights
  • Time management; with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in planning, buying and reporting aligned with key performance indicators. 
  • Other duties as assigned



  •  2 years of agency experience in print, digital and/or broadcast planning
  • Proficient in the following computer software/systems: Outlook, MS Office, MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, ComScore, Media Ocean, JD Power etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, proactively solve problems to ensure completion of plans 
  • Working comprehension of strategy development and required media math
  • Automotive media experience is desirable
