As a Cost Control Manager, you work closely with the Cost Control team in implementing processes to generate timely outcomes for all client production jobs in order to provide the most current and accurate spend analysis to our clients.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to manage a team of 6+ employees in order to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting. This is accomplished by overseeing accounting processes as they relate to production: client estimate process; vendor and employee payments; auditor reporting; billing preparation; and responding and creating various ad hoc reports. Fostering strong partnerships with the management of Integrated Production and Idea Management departments, vendors, and shared services teams to review costs and manage client expectations for each project is key criteria for this role.
An ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and have a minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience.
