The Associate Creative Director – Copywriter will develop unique, innovative and strategic communication solutions on a consistent basis with a focus, but not limited to, broadcast storytelling. This person will develop at least three concepts/solutions per project. Each should be fully thought out and ready for presentation, taking into consideration the finished product as well as any potential extensions to other projects and mediums. The ACD – CW will effectively coordinate and communicate projects in partnership with creative directors, creative partners, producers, production artists, account personnel and other team members. This person will present concepts/solutions clearly and effectively within the agency as well as to client. The ACD-CW will regularly report project status to producers, project managers and account teams following departmental procedures and processes.



  • 7-8 years of experience at an agency. Automotive experience preferred. 
  • Degree in Writing, Advertising or Communications.
  • Strong conceptual skills.
  •  Strong grasp of brand and product communication and marketing.
  • Ability to meet all deadlines while managing multiple projects. 
  • Follow creative direction closely and accurately.
  • Develop Point of Views recommending strategic creative executions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of both current and future trends in the interactive and traditional mediums.
  • Diverse skill set relating to interactive advertising, design, technology.
  • Strong scriptwriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented, ability to work under pressure, ability to multi-task.
