Digital Producer (Banner Campaigns)

As a Digital Producer, you will assist the Production department in producing best in class work in the digital banner world. You will need to manage resources, partners, quality, scope, schedule, and budget.

**Please note: this role will be heavily focused on the digital banner production world.  If you are not looking to work on banners on various platforms, this is probably not the role for you. This is NOT a digital video/content production role.**

A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, with good judgment, excellent computer skills, and an outgoing personality. They must also be a team player, and possess the ability to handle a large volume of work and short deadlines that often require working extended hours. An Interest and passion for cars and the automotive market is a plus. An ideal candidate will have a college degree, with a background in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or another related degree preferred.

Candidate experience should include:

  • College degree required
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 3 years previous interactive / digital experience, with heavy emphasis on digital banner work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage and prioritize workload, make decisions with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Ability to see projects at the big picture level while keeping an eagle eye on all of the minor tasks, details, and deadlines involved in successful production and project delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to excel in the role
  • Experience with iOS, Android, and common mobile devices and platforms a plus.
  • Previous Advertising agency and automotive experience a plus

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with scoping of projects (RFPs, SOWs, goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, estimates)
  • Work closely with all team disciplines (Strategy, Account, Media, Creative, Development, Analytics, Resource Management, Content Managers, Copy Management, Product etc.)
  • Traffic elements for digital efforts through routing, legal, proof editing, product reviews, creative editing, QA, UAT = and launch preparation
  • Identification and vetting of potential vendor partners
  • Assist in oversight of teams involved in projects
  • Help in Identifying and leveraging technology as needed to meet project objectives
  • Track project metrics including yearly and quarterly estimate vs actuals, resource allocation and project KPIs and analytics
  • Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner
  • Be an expert of all platform dependencies, technical requirements and applications
  • Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
