The senior designer will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions that maintain Saatchi vision and creative beliefs– ‘great ideas expertly and beautifully crafted and delivered with rigor and flair’. You will work either independently or in conjunction with Executive and Creative Directors, fellow Senior Designers and Designers, evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. You will develop straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across multiple products and touchpoints.



  • 7-8 years of broad creative and management experience with a global sophistication.
  • Help solve client challenges via their brand.
  • Understand team interaction and the roles of team members.
  • Perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.
  • Attention to detail and a refined aesthetic.
  • Produce and oversee digital and print and dynamic creative solutions to address our clients’ marketing needs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. Should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.
  • Ensure the design team promotes our capability through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
  • Design original pieces.
  • Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
  • Refine images, typography and layouts using graphic design software.
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  • Liaise with internal and client teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.


Required proficiency:

  • Adobe CS; Keynote; Sketch; Motion & 3D is a plus
