Event Producer, Sponsorship and Experiential

As the Event Producer, you will assists with the coordination, communication and implementation of live events, sponsorships and promotion activities through internal and external resources. This position requires the ability to travel locally and domestically within the United States. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Internal process logistics (job numbers, budgeting, traffic, status reporting, event calendar and schedule updates
  • Asset management (logo, image/photo requests and transporting to client/third-parties)
  • Research and evaluation of event sponsorship opportunities, as well as management of online proposal submission website
  • Vendor interface for logistics and approvals with client partners and other third-parties
  • Communications (inform field and Region offices of national programs)
  • Tactical management of key alliance/sponsorship deliverables (e.g., ads, web content, asset fulfillment)
  • Legal process facilitation (e.g., clearance of prize partner agreements, vehicle loan agreements)
  • Vehicle ordering and tracking
  • Travel coordination
  • Ticket distribution and tracking
  • Program metrics reporting

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Proven attention to detail and timely follow-up
  • Strong internal partnering among various agency departments (Account, Media, Social, Creative, etc)
  • Knowledge of internal systems and client structures and processes

Work Environment/Requirements

  • College degree required
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in event management, coordination or production
  • Agency background preferred
  • Proficient with computer software skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and report to multiple Directors
  • Comfort level working across offices in multiple US locations.
